INTRODUCTION
We truly believe in simplifying the design process which could be quite complex at times. Our philosophy is to keep it simple. Customers would basically provide an idea and a 2 way communications are open to resolve the open issues.
Design concepts are proposed and the design lockdown event is done. Regular tweaks and updates are provided so that our customer is always on top of the design.
We strongly believe in being pro active and this will lead to a successful product launch with little risk to the product. This is one of the ways we feel that we could maintain a strong bond with our customers.
Program Management
Critical equation in delivering the accurate reporting and managing the entire programs to reduce and mitigate the risk in a fast pace rapid development cycle. Our program managers will constantly provide feedback and updates on all the various design and development stages.
The responsibility of PM would ensure smooth communications and expectations from customer and our team of designers.
