We emphasis on Design for Manufacturing methodology DFM which minimizes the error when we start anew program. Upfront communications with customers with critical information, enables the customer to understand constraints and thus reduces the risk for us and the customer.

Gears
We provide high precision plastic injection tools for gears. Types of gears manufactured includes spur, bevel and helical gears.
Our Gears standards that we manufacture includes JGMA, JIS and AGMA.

Film Insert Molding
Strategic Cooperation with our China partners, high precision multi colored films are manufactured and in-molded on the plastic injection tool. Film Insert molding or FIM is a special service that we provide which typically eliminates the need for spray painting.
With surface hardness up to 3H, we could achieve complex components with various cosmetic offerings.

2 color Mold
We provide tooling services for 2 color molding tools. The tools could be from simple components to highly complex housings. Materials used for molding are PC/ABS, PC and TPU. Strong emphasis is placed on the design and tool steels.
Conventional cold runner and hot runner tools are used in 2 color tools. Our tool design could cater the regular twin barrel or right angle injection molding machine.
Specialize in making 2 color tools for the house hold, electrical appliances and telecommunication industry.

Proto tools development
WWe also provide proto tool for customers with new product development requirements. This tools have a short life span but able to run a small volume of production.
A variety of proto tools could be manufactured and it all depends on the complexity and volume. We provide cost and technical feedback to our customers, in order to fulfill our customers or product requirements.
